Routine Unit Turnaround Plant III

Houston Controls provided Technicians to execute about 500 items, in about a three week maintenance period, and provided a specialist electrical planner to aid the plant in developing the complex scope of work required for the high voltage substation maintenance work. The Turnaround was completed on a 24/7 basis. Houston Controls personnel executed all assigned scopes of work:

1. In accordance with the published job scopes and plans.
2. Efficiently and cost effectively, under or on budget
3. Safely (Zero Lost time injuries, first aids or recordable injuries per OSHA)

Although this project was not on the scale of a large turnaround, and was not highly profitable, Houston Controls was very interested in supporting the client’s needs in these highly critical areas, and was glad to assist a valued client.
