General Plant Instrumentation Upgrades and Construction

Houston Controls maintains a resident contractor force in the Formosa Plastics, Point Comfort Plant. Duties include:

1. General IEA construction
2. Correction and completion of work performed by other non-resident contractors
3. Upgrades and additions as determined by the plant budget.

Houston Controls forces work closely with the Formosa Plastics Plant forces to deliver on-time, on-budget projects. Houston Controls fulfills a niche in the plant, seeking to deliver quality of service, and projects that work, rather than just "Installed like the drawings showed".
