Houston Controls offers experienced Field planners. Typical duties performed by Houston Controls' planners:
- Integrate fully with the Client’s planning staff
- View jobs and develop work scope and execution strategy
- Assess previously proposed work scopes and recommend effective execution strategies
- Order material and document tasks required for execution
- Prepare comprehensive execution packages
- Estimate cost and duration and integrate the information with the scheduling function
- Maintain accurate records of field changes and interact with the Client’s personnel to insure changes are captured in the client’s system
- Drive the execution process by close coordination with the field supervisors
- Respond rapidly to changes in scope or exceptions found in the execution phase
- Coordinate information and reports required by the Client’s personnel
