Houston Controls offers experienced Field planners. Typical duties performed by Houston Controls' planners:

• Integrate fully with the Client’s planning staff
• View jobs and develop work scope and execution strategy
• Assess previously proposed work scopes and recommend effective execution strategies
• Order material and document tasks required for execution
• Prepare comprehensive execution packages
• Estimate cost and duration and integrate the information with the scheduling function
• Maintain accurate records of field changes and interact with the Client’s personnel to insure changes are captured in the client’s system
• Drive the execution process by close coordination with the field supervisors
• Respond rapidly to changes in scope or exceptions found in the execution phase
• Coordinate information and reports required by the Client’s personnel
